Dr. Ruby Green is the Founder of Victory Bible Church, Incorporated in El Dorado, Arkansas.  She has committed her life to reaching, teaching and developing the Body of Christ for the work of the Kingdom by helping them to find purpose and destiny.

Dr. Green holds a BBA Degree from Southern Arkansas University, a Doctorate of Theology Degree from Gospel Ministry Outreach Theological Institute, Houston Texas, and was ordained as an Apostle in 2003.

She has attended and well as hosted many conferences with special interest in Apostolic, Prophetic and Deliverance. The Apostolic, Prophetic and Breaker Anointing that God has placed upon her life breaks yokes and sets the captives free.  She has traveled and ministered extensively throughout this country touching lives and making a difference.

Dr. Ruby Green is the Coordinator for the Arkansas Apostolic Prayer Network under the leadership of Apostle Dutch Sheets, founder of United States Apostolic Alliance in Colorado Springs, CO. She is ordained by and aligned with Dr. Chuck Pierce, founder of Glory of Zion International Ministries in Denton, Texas. She is also aligned with Cindy Jacobs leader of Reformation Prayer Network in Red Oak, Texas and Dr. John Benefiel leader of Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She has mobilized prayer teams that are committed to praying for transformation for the state of Arkansas and surrounding areas. She also serves as a Civil Service Commissioner for the city of El Dorado.
 
She and her husband Robert are leaders with a sensitive heart and minister the Word with simplicity and power.  They are the proud parents of three children Robin, Roderick and Rory and grandson, Randon.
